Terms and Conditions

  • Our online transactions are safe and secure by PayPal where you can use debit or credit cards.
  • Payment is also acceptable by cash, cheque or bank transfer (BACS). 
  • Payment in full to be made at the time of ordering or if agreed a deposit of not less 30% of the order total to be paid, with the remaining balance due before items are shipped, delivered by ourselves or at time of collection.
  • Payment or deposit as specified above is required before any work is carried out.
  • All goods remain the property of Rusticks until payment is received in full.
  • When your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • At the time of ordering a request will be made for your contact telephone number. This is requested by the couriers and will only be used for this purpose.
  • Items are made to order and our aim is to dispatch them within 5-7 working days. Please allow 7-10 working days for larger orders. If unsure please contact us.
  • Once your order is ready and due for dispatch we will let you know and provide the tracking information.
  • Please note all items are handmade and due to methods of manufacture slight variations may occur and therefore all dimensions given must be considered as approximate. We reserve the right to change or modify designs or pricing at any time.
  • Our edging hoops are made to order and sent out with either a bare metal finish or as they are stored outside once made, will be starting to acquire their rusted finish which will develop further over time.
  • Shipping starts at £6.75 per order to UK Mainland addresses. For remote areas e.g. Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland a surcharge may apply if you live in one of these areas. Please contact us, thank you.
  • We use a fully tracked, signed for courier service. There are occasions when delivery would be made in one of our own vehicles.
  • Collection welcome. Please arrange beforehand.
  • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us, however in the unlikely event you receive damaged or faulty goods we will provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Any unwanted goods may be returned to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please make contact within 30 days after receipt of goods. Return postage costs in this case cannot be refunded.
  • Please note any custom made or bespoke items are not normally returnable unless the items are faulty or a mutual agreement has been reached.
  • Any data collected by us is never passed on to third parties other than the necessary information required to arrange courier services.
